Without a mobile app, Sofrati faced limited reach and low customer engagement. Retention suffered due to a lack of personalized notifications and loyalty features, revenue growth was constrained, and competitors with mobile apps captured market share more effectively.
Sofrati did not have a mobile platform, which does not allow making payments in-app, geolocation, or push notifications. The booking of services was made manually, analytics were minimal, integrations were cumbersome, and scaling the system to support increased user demand or to provide AI-driven capabilities was hard to do.
The reason why Sofrati picked TechGropse is because of its experience in developing mobile apps and its capability to develop AI-based solutions, as well as the high performance rate of developing user-friendly, scalable, and secure applications. The emphasis on innovation, integration between services, and timely delivery of TechGropse made it the best choice to upgrade the service booking platform of Sofrati.
After an extensive discovery phase, we initiated the development of a cross-platform, AI-driven eCommerce mobile application. The app was architected to mitigate existing challenges while ensuring stringent adherence to all applicable local regulations.
